About me

Makenna is a Customer Success Manager at a company that provides software and fund administration services for the private markets.

In her current role, the most rewarding part of her job is turning negative situations into positive outcomes.

Makenna has won the “Think Like an Owner” award twice, an organization and company wide award that honors an individual who owns everything in their domain. She also participates as social chair of the Womxn’s ERG and San Francisco Culture ambassador.

Raised in the SF bay area, she has a BA in PR from SDSU.

After college Makenna lived in Austin, Texas. She moved there solo and fell in love with the small town city. During this time, she ran two marathons and worked in sales at Oracle and Navan.

Makenna currently lives in SF with her fiance and will be getting married in June 2026.
